"Henry has helped me enormously since I started working with him six months ago. I’ve struggled with chronic back pain for years and that meant working out and using the gym was difficult, due to my back frequently seizing up and interrupting my progress. Having reached a point where I was unable to even sit down without some mild pain, I started training with Henry, who designed a fitness plan that was specifically tailored to my back problems. I quickly noticed positive changes to my posture and my flexibility greatly improved in the first month. Henry designed a plan that incorporated stretching with various strength building exercises, as well as creating a nutrition plan for myself. As the months went on, not only did my pain decrease but I was also getting a lot stronger, as I was finally able to work out consistently without injury. After six months of working with Henry my back pain is the most manageable it’s been in years and I feel much stronger and fitter as a result. Henry taught me a lot about the human body, including the importance of building up the muscles that surround the back to ease pressure on the lower back in particular.
